Other Countries Outside the EU
FedEx: €24.90
Import duties and additional fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are calculated according to local regulations and must be paid by the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

RETURNS

You may return your order within 30 days after receiving it.

Please include your order number and the item or items you would like to return.

For returns from Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and France, a return fee of €5.90 applies.

For all other countries, returns must be sent back at the customer’s own expense.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in their original condition. Items that show signs of wear, damage or washing may not be accepted.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error on our side.

This return policy does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal.
